Your Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join our New York office. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers, founders, and investors on high-profile technology transactions.
As an Analyst, you will play an integral role in executing M&A and capital raising transactions while developing deep sector expertise in high-growth technology markets. You will gain hands-on exposure to every stage of the deal process, including financial analysis, client presentations, due diligence, and transaction execution.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain complex financial models including operating models, valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, public comparables, and precedent transaction analysis)
Support valuation discussions, high-stakes negotiation, and strategic positioning for clients
Assist in the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions across their entire cycles from pitch to close
Coordinate diligence processes with clients, investors, and external advisors
Support the preparation and review of transaction documentation
Manage project timelines and ensure smooth coordination between all parties involved
Prepare high-quality marketing materials including Executive Summaries, Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), Management Presentations (MPs)
Support senior bankers in client meetings and presentations
Job requirements
Your Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
Previous experience being fully involved in M&A transactions, preferably at a bulge bracket or boutique bank
Financial modeling and drafting skills along with strong numerical proficiency
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and a basic understanding of finance and accounting
Strong interest in technology, software, digital platforms, and high-growth innovation sectors
